The weight of a diamond is expressed using a worldwide standard unit of measure: the carat. One carat is equal to 0.20 grams. For its central stones, the Maison selects diamonds of at least 0.30 carats.
An essential criteria, clarity is defined by the number, size, nature, and position of the inclusions.
The classification for clarity ranges from FL (flawless) to I3 (inclusions visible to the naked eye).
Color is essential when determining the value of a diamond. It is evaluated on a scale ranging from D (diamond of exceptional whiteness) to Z (diamond that is “tinted” white in color). The whiter the diamond, the rarer it is.
